Discover the films made during transmedia workshops in animated film
We look back on the creations made by animation degree course students, who had the opportunity to work with personalities from the world of animation during transmedia workshops.
Workshops with professionals from the world of animation
As part of their training in animated cinema, and as future directors of animated and innovative audiovisual and cinematographic works, the animation degree course students have the opportunity to follow transmedia workshops led by key figures from the worlds of animated cinema and contemporary creation: the artist duo Ugo Bienvenu and Kevin Manach, Marietta Ren, artist in both animation (Ernest and Célestine, April and the Extraordinary World) and illustration, and Guillaume Singelin, comic illustrator.
As part of these creative workshops, students produce over just one month at the school a short animated film, conceived as their end-of-year project.
An animation school open to contemporary creation
These workshops are a reflection of the school’s teaching which, delivered by professionals and French and international artists, is based on acquiring technical skills in animated cinema but also on experimentation and achievement, while giving pride of place to personal creativity and innovation.
